Terada Honke Junmai Kimoto "Gonin Musume"
"Bountiful, bright juicy plum, mouthwatering acidity, enoki mushroom, burdock root, goat caramel, hazelnut toffee, carrot juice, ginger candy and pineapple..."
The wonderful delights of Shizen no Manma (nama, raw) now in pasteurized form thanks to a collaboration between Patagonia Provisions and Terada Honke in Chiba. We're also thrilled that this particular sake is priced at a much lower markup than the Zev Rovine nama imports, at only $33/720ml versus $49 for the nama version (1570 yen vs 1870 yen in Japan, so you can clearly see that this price differential is part due to nama, but mostly due to upcharges applied by the different importers).
