Crisp and light, one of the most popular premium sake in the US. Enjoyable chilled, room temp, warm, and hot. Notes of kombu dashi, poached apple, sea salt, rice milk, nutmeg, tonic water, raw white mushroom, witch hazel.

Pretty much anything-- a light & crisp junmai is like a neutral canvas. It will gently elevate savory elements and refresh the palate between bites. Personally I like it best with fried and sweet-savory food. A bowl of french fries and suigei drunken whale is always a good match.
