Joto Junmai Ginjo "The Pink One"
- Low stock - 1 item left
Tasting schistous, like some of the best white wines in the world, Joto Pink is rich with orchard fruit: anjou pear and ripe yellow apple, honeydew melon, white peach, spring blossoms, and savory backnotes of mushroom and earth. A strong line of acidity and a bit of astringency balances the fruit.
The pink and red dots of this Junmai Ginjo represent the two kinds of yeast used to make this sake. The silver color symbolizes the merger into a delicious brew. Fruity, light, and floral.
