
Miyakobijin Shuzō is unique for producing natural ferment sake with ricey, earthy tones. A 100% pure, bone-dry, yamahai slow-brew sake serves as the base for Yoigokochi Yuzu, which is a collaboration between the importer (Yoigokochi) and the brewery.
Enjoy straight up, on the rocks, or with a splash of seltzer. Also great as a cocktail ingredient. Using the maximum amount of juice of yuzu, a Japanese citrus fruit with an enchanting aroma, creates an intensely refreshing drink.
