Gokyo Junmai Daiginjo "Saito no Shizuku" 五橋 大吟醸 西都の雫
- In stock, ready to ship
One of the prettiest dang daiginjos we've ever had. A genshu at 17%, brewed with a combination of local Yamaguchi Saito no Shizuku rice and Yamadanishiki rice, polished to 40% and very much in the aromatic, juicy, uber-pretty Yamaguchi style. Chalk full of juicy peach and floral tones, but smooth as silk.
A fresh 2024 bottling, on sale thanks to the distributor!
