Cool shipping: a 6 or 12 pack styrofoam shipper with a 24 oz ice pack (two in the 12-pack shipper). This can also be selected at checkout, and during the hottest months of Summer may be required for all shipments.
Note that ice packs typically melt within 72 hours, and once that happens, bottles are likely to see temperature peaks in the 70s on hot days. But the insulation helps, and ice packs certainly keep them cool on the first part of their journey. Still, any Summer shipping carries some risk.
If you want to avoid the risk even more, select overnight, 1 day or two day shipping. Note that using standard ground, Oregon destinations arrive next or 2 day, while most CA, WA, NV and ID destinations arrive within 2-3 days. East coast takes 5 days for larger cities, as long as 7 days for smaller or more rural destinations.
