This moody, beachy guinomi brings you right to the shores of Okinawa's Ishigaki beach. Shimmering golden sand, seafoam, pale blue skies and translucent deep indigo water, soft clouds in the sky. The interior of the guinomi is glassy and limitless, like the depths of the ocean. These complex natural colors are the gorgeous result of Benio's custom glazes.Â
Her delicately crafted, paper-thin ceramic feels like the barest boundary between lips and sake. The narrow mouth of the guinomi guides the aroma to the top and is large enough to allow your nose enter the glass. The generous 3.5 oz capacity allows for a satisfying pour between refills.
