Like the pasteurized version of "Noble Arrow", this tokubetsu junmai namazake is strongly reminiscent of chablis and muscadet, which gives us a good hint for pairing. Tinned oily fish on toast, fresh seafood, gougeres, goat cheese, veal, nicoise salad, clams and mussels, lightly cooked spring veg doused in vinaigrette...

"Japanese cuisine and seafood like oysters, or blue-backed fish.The pleasant, citrusy acidity results in a gentle sake that pairs well with most any kind of food.
