Kisoji Junmai Ginjo Nama Genshu 2024
- In stock, ready to ship
The concentrated, rich, full-bodied natsuzake of the Summer, which hits like a 8" high whorl of vanilla soft serve!
Notes of vanilla cream, strawberry yogurt, big juicy peaches, yummy French macarons and sweet carrot juice. Think beautiful, big, satisfying, creamy and full of character. The finish is a lighter than the mid-palate, so you never feel weighed down.
Ā In production, this sake takes advantage of the height difference between the sake tank and press, so no pumps are used in pressing and bottling. As a result, the carbon dioxide is conserved and the sake retains just a touch of crispy effervescence.
The label-- always one of my favorites-- is a vision of the clear, starry night sky in Nagano, the "roof of Japan."
