Shibata Pink Junmai Ginjo Nigori is velvety and smooth with delicate orange and cherry blossom notes followed by a sharp dry finish. This Nigori uses a Junmai Ginjo base, using Ginpu rice from Hokkaido, an amazing sake rice which gives this sake its mellow and rich depth.
