A very textural, spun sugar and sea salt, wildflowers and mochi, clean nigori from snowy Niigata. Among all the nigori in the shop, Kumo has the most textured quality: you get the sense of rice powder and viscosity, making it an especially good accompaniment to meals that you might otherwise enjoy with a bowl of fresh steamed rice (perhaps a spicy hot pot, szechuan, korean BBQ, and so on!)
