Potent and flavorful: the perfect sipping sake. Unpasteurized, undiluted (18.5% ABV) and aged two years at 5°C. Rich, satisfying flavor that improves with age. Enjoy neat, or over a single ice cube. Also delicious warm, which emphasizes the body and richness.
