Ohyama Tokubetsu Junmai Nigori
- In stock, ready to ship
Soft, dry tanrei-style nigori from a beloved Yamagata producer working closely with local rice. Moromi (un-pressed sake mash) is blended carefully with clear junmai sake to reach the perfect consistency and mouthfeel. Tender notes of orchard fruit: apple, pear, plum, white peach, and a refreshingly tart contrasting note of fresh yogurt. On the light side texturally, not too thick, and at 500ml the perfect little sake snack with dinner. Shake before enjoying and serve gently chilled (~45-55F) or gently warmed (130F).
