Jyoku Junmai Genshu Hiyaoroshi "Squirrel’s Harvest Festival"
- In stock, ready to ship
Risu no Shikakusai-- Squirrel's harvest matsuri-- is delightfully mellow, as perfect for a relaxed hot pot evening with friends as it is with a simple cheese board and equally cheesy holiday movie.
Refreshing, crisp aromas of lime and lemon, with mild notes of freshly steamed rice. Jyoku's typical soft mouthfeel, light, smooth and slightly dry flavor, has elements of natural sweetness that remind me of clotted cream, marshmallow, apricot jam, quince paste and chestnut mont blanc. Lovely chilled or at room temperature.
