A unique set of two shallow sakazuki and one tokkuri with gentle hues of dusty rose, milky coffee and sakura blossom, as if passed through a nostalgic sepia filter. Shallow sakazuki such as these are my favorite, particularly for flavor and texture-forward sake like the powerful yet poised Chochin or elegant and velvety Kirinzan. Benio's library of custom glazes never fail to stun and the mix of subtle, earthy patterns makes for a beautiful drinking experience with a special friend.
