Naginata is made in small batches of approximately 1800 bottles at a time from Yamadanishiki rice grown in Arkansas at Isbell Farms. By ordering Naginata, unless stock happens to be available (1-2x year), you're registering your interest in the waitlist for the next Naginata release.
You'll receive an email offer (typically retailing for ~$62-64) when the next batch is available and you'll have first chance to purchase. Any bottles remaining for sale will be posted on the website.
