This citrus liqueur contains 35% fruit juice, made with an indulgent blend of two types of citrus: Tosa buntan, a specialty pomelo variety from Kochi Prefecture, and yuzu, in a base of Suigei junmai sake and natural sugar. The refreshing, juicy sweet-sourness of the pomelo, complemented by the supporting aromatic highlight of yuzu, spreads smoothly across the palate.Â
