This is definitely not your mama's nigori. Brisk, dry, ricey, serious.
Tastes and feels like: a unique contrast between a ricey, textural mouthfeel, and a crisp dryness. Custard apple, just-ripe banana, blueberry, asian pear, “tart” flavor froyo, green apple, petrichor, & an herbal and dry finish that reminds me of fresh juniper berries. A surprisingly serious, dry nigori with higher than usual acidity.
