My new favorite "everyday wind-down" sake: reassuring, creamy texture, fresh acidity, confident in its sturdy notes of freshly-steamed brown rice, a little melon, a little vanilla pudding. Extremely well made...just the tiniest bit of wild fermented funkiness to keep it interesting.
And, there's a cute little dog on the label. Love!!
