Inspired by wine pairings, Kimoto Glass introduces a thoughtful way to match different types of sake with specific dishes, using tailored glassware to bring out the best in both food and drink.

This glass is a modern arrangement of the traditional Japanese "sakazuki". With the wide rim, the sake slowly flows from your mouth onto your tongue. It stimulates the taste buds around the tongue that are sensitive to bitterness and sourness, allowing you to enjoy the taste more deeply. It is especially suitable for junmai, yamahai, kimoto sake or warming sake and brings out the rich flavor of sake.

"Edo Glass" refers to handmade glass products crafted by traditional artisans, primarily in Tokyo, using techniques passed down since the Edo period. Each piece is unique and original, characterized by its warm, rich, and distinctive aesthetic.
