Hanatomoe — from Miyoshino Shuzo in Yoshino, Nara. Terroir-driven junmai made with ambient yeast and ancient starters (bodaimoto and yamahai), often kioke-brewed. Wild, textured and unmistakably itself. Hand-picked by Sunflower Sake and shipped nationwide where allowed.
