Deep notes of white miso, cocoa powder, banana bread, cashew butter, fresh dates and white pepper resonate in this lightly aged junmai, and make it a bit more interesting than other junmai at the $30 price point. Rich, satisfying, and velvety texture in the mouth, with a nice dry finish. Stays beautiful open for months.
