Please join us on Wednesday, August 12th from 5-7PM (talk begins at 5:15) for a deep-dive guided talk and tasting with sake legends Miho Imada from Fukucho Shuzo, Hiroshima (Fukucho brand), and Tetsuro Igarashi from Kumazawa Shuzo, Kanagawa (Tensei brand sake + [Shonan Beer, Shonan, Kamakurashiori, Shokou, and Kumazawa- Japan only]) Translation & support generously provided by their importers, Kome Collective.

During this class, Miho will debut two brand-new US releases: the luxurious Hyakushi Senkai Junmai Daiginjo and "Seahorse" Junmai. 

In addition, we will be tasting Tensei classics "Infinite Summer" Tokubetsu Honjozo and "Song of the Sea" Junmai Ginjo as well as Fukucho "Seaside" sparkling and the much-beloved "Moon on the Water" Junmai Ginjo.
