This is a delicious beverage with a base of Junmai Sake cut to 8% alcohol with fresh yama yuzu (mountain yuzu) juice. It’s semi sweet and brimming with the zesty aromas of mountain citrus. An extremely refreshing, crisp, low-ABV sake-based drink that can be enjoyed ice-cold, on the rocks, with sparkling water, or warm with green tea!
