Pleasantly ricey and fruity, the use of wine yeast brings notes of lemon zest, raspberry, white chocolate, and a creamy akin to yakult yogurt or sour cream pound cake.

SummerFall is pretty easy going- the brewery recommends pairing with just about anything from potato chips, pizza, and tacos to the more conceptual great outdoors.
For my money, the bright citrus-y notes from the white koji would make a fine pair with raw oysters!
