Primarily allocated to seasonal club subscribers, this is the first year Koshinohomare Homare 90 Pink is coming to the US: one of a seasonal series from this Niigata brewery highlighting the flavor of low-polish (90%) rice. The cultivation of higher acidity, moderate sweetness, full body and bright effervescence from fermentation, allows a study in contrasts: depth and fruity concentration vs. freshness and bubbly levity!
