KID Fusion Sake (also known as KID Takagi's Fusion Sake) is an innovative, category-defying beverage created by Heiwa Shuzo, masters of Kid sake, Heiwa Craft beer, and Tsuru-ume fruit sake.
Blurring the lines between craft beer and sake, Fusion features a pale pink hue, uses beer hops, natural bottle-conditioned carbonation, and delivers flavors reminiscent of pink grapefruit and yogurt.

From the brewery:

About Kido Takagi's Fusion Sake Toji Series #2
Kanako Takagi, who brewed this sake, is from Kita-ku, Tokyo.
She serves as the head brewer at Heiwa Craft, and designed the fusion of beer and sake as her theme.
The original plan was to brew sake with beer yeast, but brewery owner Yamamoto's advice to use beer hops and take advantage of the gassy sensation led to the fusion saké.
The hops and sake mingled together, giving it a pink grapefruit and yogurt nuance,
The color is unexpectedly light pink. Please enjoy it chilled.
