The brewery recommends that you freeze this sake and pour into a frozen glass for a very special treat. But of course, it's an excellent junmai ginjo in its own right and can be enjoyed in the normal fashion as well! The paper pack makes it highly portable, safe for camping, backpacking and carting around wherever life takes you.
