Even at 17% alcohol, it is beautifully balanced and even lighthearted. \u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003eDried mango, garnet yams, wildflower honey, peach jam, pineapple upside down cake, sweet autumn spices on the nose. \u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003eThe palate is similar but with a welcome fullness... white chocolate, \u003cmeta charset=\"utf-8\"\u003e \u003cspan\u003e sweet potato pie, pecan milk, very light milk chocolate, and then there's this juicy\u003c\/span\u003e acidity: drippy-ripe  mango, anjou pear, mango chutney, and crunchy-sticky \u003cspan\u003ehoneycomb candy.  \u003c\/span\u003e\n\u003c\/div\u003e\n\u003cdiv\u003e\n\u003cbr\u003eI don't recommend heating-- really brings the alcohol out, I feel like it's all I can smell. On the palate there is this lovely apple pie flavor, but unfortunately the alcohol vapors just take over.
