Complex and gorgeous fruity aroma of muscat, grapefruit and lime. In production, this sake takes advantage of the height difference between the sake tank and press, so no pumps are used in pressing and bottling. As a result, the carbon dioxide is conserved and the sake retains a fresh effervescence and crisp finish.

The label-- always one of my favorites-- is a vision of the clear, starry night sky in Nagano, the "roof of Japan."
