One of Oregon's great and undiscovered young talents, but also a dear friend. Jess farms all her own vines organically, raising for quality, environmental health, and vine health. I respect her and her wines tremendously. Like Jarad and Kelley, she is a shining star in Oregon wine.
This is the best 2021 red under $25 in Oregon you will ever find: I guarantee it. Joyous, mushroomy, bright, tart red currant, wild raspberry, juicy bright tones.
Only 1 barrel was made. 40% rose topped with red. 100% pinot noir, 12.3% ABV. Most was given to pickers and friends, with about 16cs up for sale when all was said and done. Of course, I bought some. Light, fresh, honest, delicious-- I can't think of any other wine I'd rather drink on a daily basis.
