Showcasing mouthwatering salinity this wine overtakes our single vineyard Chardonnay in its balance of texture, precision and its characteristic natural acidity coming from grapes grown on the crown of the hill at 1000ft elevation. Grape Inks’s 2020 “1er Cuvée” release is a wine for serious Chardonnay collectors. The wine is intended to be celebrated upon opening or cellared for generations to come.
This wine is un-fined and unfiltered capturing the purity of its origin.
