Notes of guava, pineapple candy, melons, floral orchard, frosted flakes, jordan almonds, fennel candies, and a tartness that reminds me of fresh pomegranate arils. This has a silky mouthfeel balanced by a refreshing sharp bite on the finish. A cute little overperformer of a one-cup!
This is the same Junmai Ginjo that has earned numerous commendations at the IWC (International Wine Challenge).
